Third Thursday: Greenwich Time Pub | Project Helping Hands

Join DSG for Third Thursday: Community Connect, a great opportunity to connect with members of the Detroit Synergy community. Whether you are new to the organization, or well-traveled on the Synergy circuit, you will feel welcome at this social networking event.

Join DSG to toast the new year at Greenwich Time Pub (130 Cadillac Square | (313) 961-7885) for our first community connect of the year.  Celebrate 2010 with a budget-friendly toast and save room for dinner, as Greenwich features home-made soups and one of Detroit's best burgers (Detroit Free Press).

We are beginning a two month project with Project Helping Hands. This multi-agency organization takes multidisciplinary care to the streets to serve the homeless in Detroit.

In January, we'll be collecting materials for hygiene kits, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and deodorant. We are all hoping for a healthy and peaceful new year.  Please bring something to share.

Have an idea of a restaurant or bar for us to visit? Know of a charity or non-profit that could use our support?   Please email Joanna at: thirdthursday@detroitsynergy.org.
