What is the dress code for a Supper Club event?
Supper Club does not enforce a dress code, however each restaurant may have a dress code of their own. Please dress appropriately for each restaurant.
I am a vegetarian / lactose intolerant / allergic to something on the menu / don't like peas, is there an alternative menu option that suites my dietary needs?

Is alcohol available at a Supper Club event?
Only items called out in the menu are included in your ticket purchase. Some Supper Club events do include a glass of wine and some do not. In either case, if you would like to purchase something beyond what is called out in the Supper Club menu, feel free to do so on your own tab. You are responsible for any items purchased beyond what is called out on the Supper Club menu.
I do not have a credit card or do not want to provide my credit card information online, is there an alternative way to purchase a Supper Club ticket outside of the shop.detroitsynergy.org website?
Unfortunately, no. Detroit Synergy has limited resource and operates mainly from our virtual office online. We do not have a physical office or ticket booth to handle cash transactions.
I purchased tickets to a Supper Club event, now what?
You will not be mailed a ticket to a Supper Club event. All guests who have purchased tickets are on a master list which is provided to the restaurant. You may bring your emailed receipt if you like, however it is not required to check in. The restaurant host or hostess will check you in when you arrive.
I purchased tickets and would like to be seated with someone else who has purchased tickets, could you please ensure we sit together?
No. Supper Club has open seating and diners are seated as they arrive. To insure that your party sits together, please wait until your whole party has arrive and arrive early to insure that enough seats are available to seat your entire party together. Guests should be flexible and open to seating with people they do not know. If you are celebrating a birthday or other special occasion with a large group, and sitting together is very important to you, we strongly encourage you to explore the restaurant on your own so that the restaurant can accommodate all of your needs. Supper Club is intended to introduce diners to new dining experiences with the hopes that they will return on their own and with friends.
I purchased tickets to a Supper Club event and now I cannot attend, what should I do?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for Supper Club tickets; however tickets are transferable and may be used by someone else should you find that you are unable to attend. Please have your replacement check in under the name that the tickets were purchased.
I called the restaurant and they do not have any record of my reservation?
Supper Club tickets are not purchased through the restaurant where the Supper Club is hosted, they are purchase through DSG, so the restaurant will have no record of your ticket purchase. Please do not call the restaurant for any details regarding the Supper Club event like where to get your ticket, if you can sit by a window, if you can make menu substitutions, or any other details related to your Supper Club experience.
