Twingo's is proud to host July’s Supper Club event on Wednesday July 26th 2006 and Thursday July 27th 2006, at 6:30 pm. Twingo’s Executive Chef Shawn Mac has created a special four-course meal for $30 (tax and tip included). Any additional purchases will be charged separately per individual.
First course:
Gazpacho with Smoked Mozzarella Fritter.
Second course:
Strawberry & Asparagus Salad of Baby Spinach, Radish, Chevre Cheese, Toasted Almonds, and White Balsamic Dressing.
Third course:
Grilled Flat Iron Steak Au Poivre with Marinated Tomatoes, Brie, Watermelon and Avocado Mousse.
Fourth course:
Bittersweet Chocolate Panna Cotta with Macerated Vanilla-Cola Cherries,
