February Supper Club at Coach Insignia!
To your list of top 10 things to do in Detroit, add to it having
dinner at the top of the Renaissance Center at one of Detroit's never
restaurants, Coach Insignia. Towering 72 stories about teh
Detroit skyline, viewers are graced with a unique perspective of
downtown that is only achieved from atop the RenCen. And while it
would be easy to rely on the view alone, Coach Insignia does not take a
free pass on offering amazing food as well. If the view
does not make you drool, the food certainly will.
February's Supper Club event will be held on Monday, February 21st at 6:30 PM. The chefs at the Coach Insignia have created a three-course menu for the set price of $30, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Each couse will be paired with a tasting of wine to compliment each dish. Any additional items purchased will be kept on your own tab.
- Course 1: Baby spinach leaves tossed with roasted pears, walnuts, maytag blue cheese and port wine vinaigrette.
- Course 2: Hosin Ginger glazed short rib of beef, green rice, wok seared vegetables and star anise jus.
- Course 3: Cocoa pot au creme with mocha cream.
