January Supper Club at Atlas Global Bistro
With a menu that is globally inspired, Atlas Global Bistro is a local treat for neighborhood residence as well as visitors alike. Atlas is conveniently located at 3111 Woodward Avenue half way between downtown and midtown, attracting a diverse crowd from all of Detroit’s entertainment venues. Equally diverse is the restaurant's menu, serving dishes like Hawaiian-inspired Haleiwa Shrimp to a fresh Belgian Endive Salad. The menu is always changing, but one thing remains constant. The food is always delicious.
January’s Supper Club event will be held on Monday January 17th at 6:30PM. The chefs at the Atlas Global Bistro have created a special menu for us at the set price of $30, which includes your meal, tax and gratuity. Any additional items purchased will be billed upon consumption and kept on your own tab.
Course 1: House Salad topped with fresh Avocado and Red Onion tossed in a Tomato–Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette.
Course 2: Carnitas Boracho – “Drunken Pork”. Flour Dusted and seared Pork Medallions sautéed with Cactus, Jalapenos, Tomatoes, and Red Onions finished in a Serrano–Tecate Pan Sauce.
Course 3: Tres Leches – Mexican Milk Cake.
