July Supper Club at Opus One!
Detroit Synergy is very pleased to announce the first Supper Club event at Opus One. Opus One has been a staple of the Detroit dining scene since 1987 serving up “American cuisine with continental flair”. Opus one is located at 565 East Larned Street. July’s Supper Club event will be on Tuesday, July 27th at 7PM. Opus one is located at 565 East Larned Street. Opus One has created a very special meal for us at a great price, so that Detroit dining enthusiasts may experience and sample what their restaurant has to offer. The cost of this month's Supper Club will be $30 and includes your meal, tax and gratuity. Any additional purchases may be purchased from your server on your own tab.
The menu is as follows: Opus Romaine Salad. Prepared with fresh grated Parmesan cheese, seasoned croutons and house creamy garlic dressing
Baked Shrimp Helene and Crab Cake. Two jumbo shrimp wrapped in crisp filo pastry with a lightly breaded crab cake and chive whipped potatoes, with sauce beurre blanc.
Opus House made Cinnamon Vanilla Ice Cream
One glass of Seventh Moon Chardonnay or Cabernet
