At the general meeting we will talk briefly about our unique organization, highlight upcoming projects, and hold a project breakout session. Our meetings are an opportunity to meet people sharing an interest in Detroit.
Later this fall the Compuware atrium will also be the starting point
for the third annual Shop Detroit event to showcase holiday shopping in
downtown Detroit.
Examples of projects completed during the past year include Detroit's
first organized event for National Bike to Work Day, a 5K run on Belle
Isle to support the Belle Isle Nature Zoo, the Cruise in Detroit to
highlight automotive heritage along Woodward Avenue, as well as a
monthly Supper Club, Pub Crawls, Project Clean, and Discussing
Differences and many others. We hope you’ll join us on November 9th.
