Participants Needed for Discussing Differences - DATE CHANGE!
Still a collaboration with Detroit Synergy and The Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion (MRDI), this project will continue to help Metro Detroiters break down racial and social barriers by using MRDI’s 'Trading Places' dialogue series...and will take it a step further by conducting these sessions in various neighborhoods around the city.
Discussing Differences Participants, Oct/Nov 2007
Currently, we are in need of a diverse group of participants for our July sessions, taking place in the New Center Area. The group is scheduled to meet on the following THREE TUESDAYS – July 14th, 21st and 28th. The sessions will begin at 5:45pm and will end at 9:00pm. All three sessions will be conducted at the same location, which will be announced.
If you are interested in participating in this upcoming series, you must e-mail Brenna, Yednesh or Mary at discussingdifferences@detroitsynergy.org by Sunday, July 12th. Please keep in mind that you must confirm for ALL THREE DATES in order to participate in the series. Also note that due to the small size of the group (no more than 20), we cannot guarantee a spot in this group of sessions. You will, however, be added to the list to participate in a future group of sessions.
