Detroit Bikes! Mansions & Fine Homes Ride Oct. 29th

Detroit Bikes! is proud to present its final ride of the 2005 season, entitled “Living it up with Detroit Bikes!” Our special event will take us past unique places, famous homes, and well-established neighborhoods that have provided a sense of pride for the city of Detroit.

We will leave the Millennium Bell at Grand Circus Park @ 12pm and go “live it up” by celebrating a successful season of promoting city and cycling. Sites include: Brush Park’s Alfred Street; Cass Park’s Peterboro Street; the courtyards of the Medical Center; Art Center; the Inns/Mansions @ Ferry Street; North Cass; New Center Commons; Second Woodward Piety Hill; Boston Edison’s famous homes; Arden Park’s beautiful residences; Virginia Park; LaSalle Gardens; Woodbridge; Scripps Park; Woodbridge Estates; Historic Canfield; a trip back in time going the wrong way on Second Avenue; the Park Avenue Historic District; and of course, beautiful Grand Circus Park, the bustling center of Detroit Bikes! We hope to see you there!
