DSG 5th Anniversary
What a great time! Thanks to all who attended our 5th anniversary general meeting including our special guest, Mayor Kilpatrick, DSG co-founder, Dave Naczycz, DSG founding steering team members and members of our advisory board. Special kudos to Allison Bieri for coordinating the evening with assistance from Michelle DiMercurio and Amanda Dunham.

Red Cross Blood Drive
Southeastern Michigan Red Cross has issued an urgent appeal for blood donors and DSG is answering the call! Walk-ins are welcome, however appointments are encouraged. Please email Dan at the address below to make an appointment to donate.

Dequinder Cut Hike
By popular demand, we will be hiking the Dequindre Cut again. Walking boots and long pants are recommended on this tour of great graffiti along the old train track east of downtown.

Bus to Work Campaign: A Transit Project
We're working this September and October to help strengthen mass transit in metro Detroit. Is there a bus stop near where you work? Sign-up to post an educational flier at your workplace that describes the local routes and the personal cost savings. Bus to the Movies: A Transit Project
Join Detroit Synergy as we bus to The Simpsons Movie at the Magic Bag. The 450 SMART Bus to this View & Brew event leaves downtown at 7:30PM. Please plan to be there 10 minutes in advance. Detroit Fashion Week 2007
DSG & Detroit Fashion Week 2007 invite you to experience the exquisite creations of Michigan's most creative designers and one of Metro Detroits hottest after-parties on Friday, September 28th.
Detroit Synergy was selected as the non-profit to be supported by Detroit Fashion Week and will receive 10% of the night's net proceeds. Come celebrate at the St. Regis Hotel in Detroit's New Center area, have a great time and support DSG and DFW!

The Michigan Humane Society Walk

The Junior Benefit Committee of the Detroit Historical Society will host a beer-tasting event at the Detroit Historical Museum on Friday, October 19th, from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m. DSG will be joining the event again this year.
