General Meeting: Riverfront Steps
Get ready for the "River Days" festival at our June general meeting! We'll be on the Riverfront Steps immediately outside the GM Wintergarden. It's a beautifully designed outdoor space. We'll perch on the steps, but chairs are available for those who might need them plus tables inside for breakout sessions or inclement weather.
Watch the river, hear the distant drops of the Hart Plaza fountain and dream up your project to enhance Detroit!
Date: Thursday, June 14th
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Location: Riverfront Steps | at ground-level of the rear (river-side) of Renaissance Center
Parking: RenCen parking structures (fee), valet (fee), free street parking (meters free after 6pm) on nearby Beaubien and Randolph and other streets in the area. If you're parked downtown already, try taking the People Mover to the RenCen Station.

Wanted!
-
Membership Chair - Our current Membership Steering Team Chair has transitioned to a project-based role, so we're looking for someone who would like to help build and retain an inclusive DSG membership. Over the last four years we've grown from a handful of Detroit-crazy visionaries to a group of over 4000. Take us to the next level! Contact Amanda membership@detroitsynergy.org
-
Fundraising Chair - Fundraising for Detroit Synergy is project-based and grassroots just like our group. Our current fundraising chair has been making calls and helping with donations for over three years, so it must be a fun job! All steering team positions are volunteer and open to the general public, but we do like to find individuals who are familiar with our projects and have been to meetings. Information on the position is here or contact Dan fundraising@detroitsynergy.org
