January Supper Club: DYC
Founded shortly after the Civil War, the Detroit Yacht Club, a 1920's Mediterranean-styled villa designed by architect George Mason, has served as host to presidents of the United States, local statesmen and royalty. Serving five generations of members and families, the DYC continues to be the largest yacht club in the United States.
While the DYC is a private club offering a host of ammenities to its members, they have graciously opened their doors to host our January Supper Club event.
Date: Wednesday, January 10th
Time: 5 PM - Drinks at the DYC bar | 6 PM - Enjoy a tour of the Club | 6:30 PM - Dinner.
The Yacht Club has created a menu for the set price of $30, which includes tax and gratuity. Any additional items purchased will be billed upon consumption and kept on your own tab.
Location: The Detroit Yacht Club is located on the North East shore of Belle Isle. Click here for a map http://tinyurl.com/ynbpvp
Special Note: The Detroit Yacht Club has a dress code in their dining area so a sport jacket or suit and tie are required for gentlemen, and similarily appropriate attire for ladies.
Tickets to all Supper Club events are by pre-sale only, available at http://shop.detroitsynery.org. For more information about Supper Club visit Supper Club Q&A. If you have any additional questions, please e-mail supperclub@detroitsynergy.org
