Project Clean Pre-Cruise Clean Up
All eyes are on Detroit Synergy's new project, Cruise in Detroit...and we could use help to spruce up the historic T-Plex, home of Henry Ford's Model T, our last stop on the Cruise. Project Clean will be gathering volunteers to clean and beautify in and around the building. Our main focus will be general 'house cleaning' in the interior (sweeping, cleaning display cases, dusting, etc.) Work outside will include sweeping, picking up refuse and pulling weeds.
Garbage bags and other materials will be provided, although volunteers are asked to bring their own work gloves. Also, please be sure to dress according to the weather and to wear something you don't mind getting dirty. Contact Jen by August 9th to volunteer.
Date: Saturday, August 12th
Time: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Location: T-Plex grounds at 411 Piquette, Detroit Contact: Jen at clean@detroitsynergy.org
