Detroit Synergy Official Notice

To err is human, but when it comes to slipping up with spam, we take it very seriously.

The Detroit Synergy Steering Team apologizes for the recent spam email that was sent to you!

We assure you that our email server is NOT technically compromised.

All email submissions are sent to a Detroit Synergy Steering Team member who must manually approve or discard the email before it is sent.  Spam is discarded in this process, and emails written by project team and steering team volunteers are approved.

We apologize that on this occasion only, spam was sent due to accidental human error.

We put a very high value on our mailing list and work in all ways to protect it. We take great care to ensure everyone's email address is safe, confidential and not shared (in fact, not even the Steering Team can see who is on the list).

We hope you continue to look forward to learning about events conceived, planned and implemented by people, who on their volunteer time, make their dream for Detroit a reality – whether learning about the city, attending an event, helping plan a project or bringing ideas into fruition.
