Give the Gift of Life this Holiday Season...Give Blood!
Did you know that as a result of the snow storm we had last week, the Red Cross was not able have any blood drives and are now short 400 pints of blood? Did you also know that when you donate a single unit of blood, it takes less than an hour, is relatively painless and you can help save up to three lives?
Detroit Synergy is looking for both donors and volunteers for the
Red Cross Blood Drive taking place this Thursday the 27th. Our goal is
at least 25 donations.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are STRONGLY recommended so there is enough staff on hand. Appointments can be made in 15 minute increments for any time between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm. To make an appointment, contact Jen by December 26th.
If you are unable to donate, but still want to help, please email Jen for info on volunteer opportunities for that day.
