Get Connected.  Loft Living.  Detroit Synergy is proud to have a presence at the preview of the new Lofts at 55 West Canfield.  This loft preview event is presented by Hubbell Group Development.  And as a member of Detroit Synergy, you are invited to experience and participate in this special preview.

Providing the backdrop to this loft preview will be footage of the Detroit Electronic Music Festival. Enjoy complimentary wine and beer. Experience the unveiling of the Lofts at 55 West Canfield - hip new urban loft condos in the heart of the new e-Center neighborhood.

Wait... there's more. A special sneak preview of the overall e-Center neighborhood plans and phasing for a mixed use retail/commercial/streetscape project adjacent to the Lofts at 55 West Canfield will also be presented.

Got art? And in celebration of the Detroit Festival of the Arts, this preview event will feature a gallery exhibit highlighting the artists who lead Detroit's local art scene.

Don't miss the WDET Zydeco Dance Party with emcee John Penney on Friday, June 10, from 4 to 9pm with a Hurricane Happy Hour by Howe's Bayou of Ferndale, a Zydeco Dance Workshop and live music from Dexter Ardoin & the Creole Ramblers and featuring C.J. Chenier & The Red Hot Louisiana Band.
