August General Meet-Up | Community Involvement and BBQ at Bookies Tavern

Get connected! Our August Meet-Up is jam packed with opportunities to learn new facts about Detroit, to get connected to exciting initiatives in Detroit and to meet fellow engaged community members and leaders.

So join us tonight at 6:30 pm.  The meet-up is at Bookies Tavern (1265 Washington Blvd | Downtown Detroit).  Stop by, meet some new people, enjoy some BBQ and learn more about community involvement with Detroit Synergy. 

Special presenters include individuals from "The Road to Detroit," an exciting nationwide alternative energy project, and individuals from Pont:Productions, a cutting edge PR, events and styling productions company out of the norther tier of the Cass Corridor. 

DSG Projects to be discussed include:  (1) Strolling Supper Club II; (2) Detoberfest Pub Crawl; (3) Run Belle Isle; (4) Happy Hour Cruise; (5) Foreign Language Club; (6) Blitz Tours; (7) Bus Use in Detroit and (8) Project Clean.

Volunteer Opportunities to be discussed include (1) DSG Anniversary Party and (2) Dally in the Ally participation.
